Do you accept returns?

Due to my business being a one woman shop, I’m currently unable to accept returns or exchanges. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, I’m confident in the quality of my work and believe you’ll be ecstatic with your purchase.

How do I find my ring size?

To find your perfect ring size, I would recommend snagging a ring sizer off of amazon, visiting your local jeweler for a fitting or exploring other online resources.

Here are some tips to keep in mind:

Temperature Tango: Make sure your fingers aren’t feeling too hot or too cold, as this can play tricks on your sizing!

The Perfect Fit: Your ring should hug your finger snugly without sliding off or requiring a heroic effort to slip on.

Time and Weather Wonders: Remember, your finger size can dance around a bit depending on the time of day and the weather.

* Please note * Returns will not be given if you order the wrong ring size, so please be mindful of this when ordering <3

Do you do repairs?


Yes! I am more than happy to repair any item that arrives damaged or requires minor adjustments in the future. Each piece is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring it will last a lifetime. For any repair inquiries, please contact me at contact@averynicolejewelry.com.

How do I take care of my jewelry?


I create jewelry designed to endure a lifetime, however it’s not indestructible. Here are guidelines for taking care of your new jewelry...

  • Store Properly: Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time when exposed to air and moisture. To prevent this, store your jewelry in a cool, dry place. Consider keeping your pieces in a jewelry box to protect them from the elements when you aren’t wearing them.
  • Keep Away from Moisture: Remove your sterling silver jewelry before swimming, showering, cleaning or exercising to avoid excess exposure to moisture, which can speed up tarnishing.
  • Polish Regularly: To maintain its shine, gently buff your sterling silver jewelry with a polishing cloth (I provide one with every piece you order). This removes tarnish and restores its natural shine. You can also clean your jewelry with mild soap (I prefer dawn dish soap) and warm water.  you can use your fingers or a soft bristle toothbrush to reach the crevices, then dry your piece thoroughly with a clean cloth.
  • Be Mindful of Impact: Avoid dropping your jewelry or exposing it to rough surfaces, as this can cause scratches or dents.
  • Wear Often: Believe it or not, wearing your sterling silver jewelry regularly can help prevent tarnishing. The oils from your skin can naturally help keep the silver polished.

Can you resize a ring for me?

Unfortunately many of my rings with stones cannot be resized, please be sure of your size before you purchase!

How long will it take for my package to ship?

All packages will ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted. 

Please note - Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS), it is no longer the responsibility of Avery Nicole Jewelry, and we are not responsible for lost packages. Avery Nicole Jewelry is a small business and a one woman show and unfortunately can not afford to replace items lost by shipping carriers. That said, we do pay to include shipping insurance on every order so all items lost in transit will be covered by USPS insurance. Please reach out if there is a typo in your shipping address and we'll correct it if we're still in possession of the item. 

If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office to see what information they can provide and let us know about the issue. We're happy to help get an insurance claim set up and make sure you get compensated for the lost item.

Do you ship outside the US?


I am currently unable to offer shipping outside the US but I am hoping to be able to in the future!
